We celebrated our anniversary here and it was the perfect vacation! Room was great with a gorgeous ocean view, pool bar drinks & food were awesome, and we got the enjoy a pretty rad Prime Rib Sunday Special. The staff made us feel so welcome, and even sent us a (very tasty) anniversary amenity. I cannot recommend this place enough - perfect location, awesome pool and lazy river, perfect view to wake up to every morning. Thank you to the staff for making us feel so special!

Title: Fantastic location and rooms; management stepped up to fix initial service issues I really wanted to love this property because the location is fantastic right on the beach, and the rooms themselves are genuinely nice, modern, and comfortable. Unfortunately, our stay started with service and management falling short of expectations, but the general manager has since stepped in to completely turn our experience around. Initially, we had major issues with housekeeping and lack of towels. I learned after speaking with the manager that they only clean rooms every other day—a policy that simply wasn't explained to us at check-in. Furthermore, our Lifetime Titanium Elite status was completely overlooked at the front desk, meaning we missed out on our welcome items and elite recognition upon arrival. Once management became aware, they took immediate accountability. The manager corrected the housekeeping oversight, delivered the missing towels, and ensured our Marriott Elite status and welcome items were properly credited. To make things right, he also generously provided a credit to the excellent on-property restaurant. In an impressive display of hospitality, the restaurant team even apologized to us directly for our initial room experience. The only remaining downside was the lazy river pool, which was not relaxing. Management failed to enforce rules, allowing a group of young boys to swim against the current, scream, and play tag, which forced numerous adults to leave for safety and peace. The manager could not fix history but assured me that in the future that hotel policy would be enforced at the pool. Despite the rocky start, the manager’s quick resolution and the outstanding restaurant staff completely changed our perspective. Because of their excellent service recovery, I would now recommend this property.

We had such a wonderful mother daughter trip! Jason, the manager, went above and beyond, and Shawn took excellent care of us by the pool. We loved the lazy river and the complimentary breakfast buffet was really good! I am already planning to bring my nieces back in October. They could use more elevators or separate staff elevators and higher quality beds, but trust me you won’t be disappointed. Get the cheesecake!

I had a great stay at SpringHill Suites in Florida. The location is perfect, especially if you want easy access to the beach and nearby spots. The hotel was clean, modern, and well-kept, which made it really comfortable to relax after a long day out. The service stood out the most. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. You can tell they take pride in making guests feel taken care of. Overall, a smooth, enjoyable experience from check-in to check-out. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Second time coming here and it has been great both times. The on-site amenities have greatly improved from the first visit. Service was good. Room we clean and in order. Pool is awesome, poolside bar is quick. Beach access is super convenient. Beautiful views at night. I also appreciate that most of the exterior lights are off on the ocean side at night -- made for some uncharacteristically good stargazing in the Florida Gulf at 3 AM. If I had to nitpick one thing, it would be the pack-and-play that was provided for our baby. It's the only one he hasn't been able to sleep on. The mattress was wildly hard and lumpy. I'm now wondering if something was wrong with it. We have two at home and verified when we got home, the one at this hotel was bad compared to these. In hindsight, I'm certain if I'd have asked, they'd have swapped it for another.

The hotel was nice enough, the staff friendly, and the location on the beach quite convenient. However, we could constantly hear the people in the adjoining room. Either they were very loud or the sound proofing between the rooms not well done. We could hear their conversations, their tv, the music they were playing, laughing, etc.

I am a Marriott bonvoy member who has stayed in many spring hills throughout the nation. This hand's down is the best spring. Hill, I have ever been in. It is on the beach. It is beautiful. It is clean if I had to say anything bad about it.I don't like how they charge for parking.And the breakfast is kind of mid but outside of that, This is a beautiful place to stay if you're in the area

I had a wonderful stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Navarre Oceanfront. The rooms were spacious, modern, and very clean, with comfortable beds and great ocean views. Breakfast was well organized with good variety, and the beach access made the stay even more relaxing. Overall, an excellent oceanfront property and highly recommended for a peaceful beach getaway.

noticed staining but it wasn’t horrible, was fine until my toddler picked up a roach and tried to eat it when we were unpacking. absolutely not okay, tried to call about it and no one ever picked up. i wish i read the reviews before, god knows how they took care of the mold and this cockroach issue. no idea what chemicals were used and my child was so close to eating a cockroach. loved the idea of my girl being in such a nice pool but this is so unacceptable, such a nice building for this ?? rooms are also INCREDIBLY loud. i could hear my husband in the room lightly talking on the phone so well about 3 rooms down.

I'm here for Christmas. Its been 5 yrs since I coukd take a vacation. Paid when the room was booked....a month before arriving.... here's what happened in my case. Requested beach front. Paid for it...didn't get it. My window looked over the parking lot. There's a 25.00 a night parking fee,that I was told about upon arrival and left my card info for damage deposit(they call it for insedintals). My card wouldn't be charged unless extra charges incurred. Two hours after check- in they withdrew 160.00. Not pending....withdrew it!!!! So,please make sure you check and double check asking for hidden costs before you book!! It truly ruined the stay for me. I'm left stressing about what that 160.00 was left in my checking count to cover a bill. Relaxation halted before it could begin.
