My wife and I booked a room here for a few days to surprise my family on their vacation. We arrived earlier than expected on Wednesday and I went and asked about an early check-in. The front desk staff was incredible and not only let us in early, but also upgraded us to a suite! Throughout our 4 days there the entire staff was absolutely amazing. Victoria is incredible at her job and as a person who also works in customer service, I could learn a thing or two from her! 5 stars and will definitely stay here again in future visits to Navarre!!

The rooms were fine. Room smelled of pets but the it was clean. If you want a peaceful stay this is not the place. Doors to the rooms slams shut on every room day and night & no one but us had the courtesy to hold it to close quietly to not wake up the floor. You can hear the employees every morning yelling "coming down" & the folks staying were loud in the hallways with normal conversations and also making calls in the hallway we could hear the entire conversation. You could hear everything! Kids running, jumping bumping around late at night and early morning. Our peaceful sleep was when everyone left the hotel and the employees were done on that floor. The morning of checkout, the fire alarm was triggered by some burnt bacon in the hotel's kitchen and the entire hotel had to be evacuated. We were sleeping, preparing for a long day of travel. Other than the abundance of noise, it was cool.

The rooms are very dated. The first room we had was stale and wet smelling and feeling. They moved us the next day and the room was better. Typical breakfast, ok food. Always abundant coffee, which was good because beds were not very comfortable, so needed coffee. Would not stay again

Loved the ladies fixing breakfast, digital key and app check out the most. Both ladies were friendly, funny (a hoot), professional, and just fun to be around. Thanks for the ?. Easy check in and out through app, didn't have to come to the office for nothing, that's so nice! I even got to pick my own room. Can't say enough good things. Room clean. Bathroom and shower huge. Would recommend and come back.

my second stay here with my dog, room was great, bed a little soft for my taste, ( I'm older) but ok. had a little hic-up with Wi-Fi that staff took care of quickly. the staff is very friendly and helpful always someone at the desk when you need something. good coffee and wide choice for breakfast. got clean towels when needed. will stay again when I go back.

Cleaning staff are thieves i left my speaker on the table and cleaning staff never turned it in so don’t take and leave nothing Valuable because you won’t get it back! The person i talked to was rude and said he staff would never steal and hung up on me then when i asked her to go threw footage she said it could only show up footage to 5pm the day of my check out! Ridiculous!

Room 411 had mold in it and between that and the animals I was coughing and sneezing all week. Weird check in through hotels.com on day of tho at least they let my family in room after a stressful day. Only had room cleaned once in 5 nights and when my wife asked about it they said that was normal. (It was supposed to be every other day). Breakfast is ok. 9:30 was wanting biscuits but were none left and attendant acted liked it was a giant inconvenience to make more biscuits. Breakfast was supposed to go til 10. Would think twice about booking again for sure.

I have to say I’m always impressed with this hotel. Clean, friendly staff, great continental breakfast and coffee. Later checkout than a lot of other places.

Couldn't be much more pleased about our stay. Needed an accessible room for family and it was spacious if we'd needed a wheelchair - not needing one, it might have been nice to have a second chair but we never asked. Only drawback about the bathroom was it was a tub/ shower combo and our older family member did not feel confident to step over the tub edge despite trails on each shower wall. The breakfasts were perfect with a little variety from day to day along with some consistent selections. Never tried the pool - to close to the beautiful beach! The fitness room was compact with only one working treadmill or of two, a weight machine that worked for upper and lower body an elliptical, a Pelton bike, a Swiss ball and some kettle bells. Nice for couples and families - also allows pets!

This Hampton Inn exceeded our expectations. A big shout out to Vitaria—she was awesome! She went above and beyond the call of duty and made me smile on kind of a bleak day. I would definitely stay here again.
