Great experience! Helpful staff and very kind. Clean pool, and elevators. Keep your wrist band with you if you are going to the beach behind the condo. Security posted at the boardwalk checking for wrist bands on guests.

The Regency has a quiet, cozy feel. I spent quite a bit of time here while designing "Sister's Chalet" at The Regency. The condos are very well insulated, and the balconies give the privacy that you're at at a beach house rather than a multi-level/unit building. Equipt with: gym; pool; area on ground floor to leave beach carts, chairs, toys; ramp to get from ground floor to first floor for those who need it; grill areas; conference type room for hosting meetings or getting the neighbors together for a card game; and ping pong tables on the ground floor as well that can be enjoyed while you take a break from the sun. Wrist bands ARE REQUIRED for access to the pool and boardwalk to the beach for safety reasons. Highly recommend!

An absolute must place to stay! Would stay in the same room again! Exceptional decor and all around great access to all needed areas of Navarre Beach!

This place is a jewel of a vacation spot! Love the beautiful beach, our comfortable deck, the surrounding area for shopping, love Peg leg Pete’s restaurant (had the grilled grouper- excellent) and Joe Patti’s fish market in Pensacola (the clam chowder and sourdough bread is top notch).

Been coming to Florida for years and this is by far the best place we've ever stayed. Everything about it was exceptional. The views were terrific, the condo was spacious and the pool was heated. The owners provided so many of the essentials and then some. I will definitely return.

It's beautiful! Clean, our room.looked out right over the pool and ocen. Quick ride down the elevator and we were right on the beach. Everyone was friendly it was a great place to go on vacation with little ones! Bring a flash light so you can walk the beach at night with everyone looking for crabs. No glass on the beach so bring cans. It's a beautiful place. A fishing pole if you want to fish, there is a huge pier that cost a buck to fish on or walk on! Enjoy!
